UNITO MEZCAL originates from Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca —the world capital of mezcal — where Don Justo Santiago Sernas began crafting mezcal 85 years ago.
Today, his son, Don Abundio, and grandson, Ernesto “Neto” Santiago, carry on the family tradition, delivering a product rooted in passion and quality for enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
